Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Fox Math Club collects, why, and what you can do about it. Fox Math Club is operated by Aleksa Markovic, doing business as Fox Math Club, Crvene Armije 20, 11070 Belgrade, Serbia, which is the controller of your personal information. Privacy questions: privacy@foxmathclub.com.

The short version: the account belongs to the parent. We ask for as little about your child as we can: a first name or nickname, a grade, and photos of finished worksheets. Photos are deleted within 7 days after checking. We never sell personal information, never show ads to children, and never use your child's work to train AI models.

1. Children's privacy

Fox Math Club is designed for parents. Children do not create accounts, log in, or give us information directly. We follow the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

A parent or guardian gives us any information about a child, through the parent's own account.
When you start your subscription, you receive this notice and confirm consent for the collection described here; the payment transaction with your card is part of how we confirm that an adult is giving consent.
We collect only what's needed to make and check worksheets.
You can review your child's information, ask us to delete it, or refuse further collection at any time by emailing privacy@foxmathclub.com. Deleting it ends the Service for that child.

3. Legal basis

We process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), with consent (information about your child, and marketing cookies where required), for our legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure and improving it), and to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for payments, taxes and invoices.
Service providers who help us run the Service under contracts that limit their use of the data: website hosting and database, email delivery, and AI services that read worksheet photos (contractually barred from using them to train their models).
Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, when needed.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

5. International transfers

We are based outside the United States and our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. When data moves between countries we use safeguards required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to work. With your consent where the law requires it, we also use analytics and advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, on our marketing pages to measure how ads to parents perform. We do not use advertising tools on anything made for children, and worksheets contain no tracking.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising about children. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Email privacy@foxmathclub.com and we will respond within one month.

8. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, and by keeping only what we need for as short a time as we can. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a significant way, we will email parents before the change takes effect.
