30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with Fox Math Club for any reason, ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment and you'll get that payment back in full. No questions asked.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you are never charged.
Refunds within 30 days
- Monthly plan: request a refund within 30 days of any monthly payment and we refund that payment in full.
- Yearly plan: request a refund within 30 days of your yearly payment and we refund it in full. After 30 days, you can still cancel to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your receipt email. You can also email us at support@foxmathclub.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future payments. You can cancel at any time from your account or through paddle.net. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund; ask for one within 30 days of a payment if you'd like your money back.
