Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Aleksa Markovic, doing business as Fox Math Club, Crvene Armije 20, 11070 Belgrade, Serbia ("Fox Math Club", "we", "us"). They cover the Fox Math Club website at foxmathclub.com, our daily worksheets, answer checking, parent reports and mailed rewards (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
Accounts are for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or older. Children use the printed worksheets under your supervision; they do not create accounts or use the website themselves. You are responsible for the information you add about your children and for keeping your login details secure.
2. What you get
- Printable daily math worksheets for children in kindergarten through 5th grade, sent by email.
- Answer checking from a photo of a completed worksheet, and worksheets that adapt to your child's results.
- A weekly progress report for you.
- Printable rewards: a treasure map, certificates and collectible cards.
We may improve, change or retire features over time. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
3. Free trial, subscription and billing
- New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
- After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout (currently $39 per month or $299 per year, plus any applicable tax) until you cancel.
- One subscription covers all children in your household.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments, taxes and invoices are handled by Paddle under Paddle's buyer terms.
- We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change applies to your subscription.
4. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains how refunds work, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. Answer checking and AI
We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to read handwriting in worksheet photos and to write short explanations of mistakes. The correct answers themselves come from our own worksheet generator, not from AI. Handwriting recognition can occasionally misread an answer; you can correct any result in your account. The Service is practice material and does not replace your child's school, teacher, or professional assessment.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- upload photos that are not completed Fox Math Club worksheets, or that show other people's faces or personal information beyond what the worksheet needs;
- resell, publish or share our worksheets outside your household, or use them in a classroom or business without our written permission;
- copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its security or operation;
- send spam or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
7. Intellectual property
The worksheets, Captain Foxley and other characters, artwork, text, software and brand belong to Fox Math Club or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to print and use the worksheets within your household while your subscription is active. Your child's completed work belongs to you.
8. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We work hard to deliver a sheet every day, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We do not promise any particular academic result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account if there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or a violation of law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue. You can close your account at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
